Riris is thrilled to serve the community as a Team Leader at Trusted Care. With a Diploma in Community Services and over 2 years of experience as a support worker, Riris has developed a deep passion for empowering individuals with disabilities to reach their full potential and achieve their goals.
Riris’ journey in this field began with a desire to make a positive impact in people’s lives within the community. Throughout this time, he has been privileged to work closely with participants, their families and stakeholders, navigating challenges and celebrating successes along the way.
As a leader, Riris will strive to create a collaborative and supportive environment where everyone feels valued and motivated. By working together, we can implement strategies that truly meet the needs of those we support.
When not supporting the community, Riris’ enjoy exploring the outdoors, tufting rugs, playing basketball and spending quality time with his friends and family.
